Etisalat Launches Inaugural “Ramadan Football Tournament” For Its Employees

Etisalat launched its inaugural “Ramadan Football Tournament” for its employees from across 12 departments.

The championship is taking place at the Khalifa University of Science, Technology and Research Sports Complex in Sharjah.

The Etisalat Ramadan Tournament aims at involving staff in joint activities that help promote the friendly spirit and sportsmanship among them in an atmosphere filled with fun, challenge and excitement.

The final match will take place on 7th September 2009.

Etisalat gives special importance to sports activities.

The Corporation is the sponsor of the UAE Football League for last consecutive five years, and has also played a key role in presenting sporting initiatives that have raised the profile of the UAE nternationally, such as the Dubai Tennis Championships, Powerboat F1 Championships and many others.
