Mobiserve Newest Mali Subsidiary Wins Best Supplier Award

Mobiserve Holding, (www.mobiserveholding.com) the leading solutions provider for telecommunication infrastructure and engineering services in the Middle East and Africa has been honored with The Best Supplier Award for the year 2011, amongst 6 other sub contactors, during the 2011 Mali Strategic Cooperation Forum. The award was presented for Mobiserve’s West Africa head office in Mali.

The award was given to its Mali based subsidiary as a great appreciation shown for their remarkable delivery solutions, especially aiding in the successful delivery of several strategic network sites including PH2 as well as the constant support shown to vendors by the Mali office.

Mobiserve’s Mali office is the Holding Company's first branch in Western Africa, having opened the fully operational subsidiary in December 2010. Despite the short time it’s been in the Western African market, the subsidiary has succeeded in providing a complete portfolio of services, including, telecom infrastructure, telecom engineering, satellite services, field-line maintenance as well as an integrated package of new services for Mali and West Africa’s operators.

Already within this brief period, Mobiserve’s Mali subsidiary has constructed 28 full turnkey sites, 10 Base Transceiver Station (BTS) installations and their commissioning, as well as the implementation of several solar sites. Revenue for the Mobiserve subsidiary totals 2.4 M USD for the first half of the year, making Mobiserve Mali one of the country’s leading contractors.

Recently, some of Mobiserve's major markets have been experiencing uncertain political situations. Yet despite this, the company has actively opened new subsidiaries across Africa and plans to further invest in order to increase its market share within the next year.
