SAS Moves To Reinforce UAE Market Presence By Hosting A Seminar On ‘Credit Scoring’

SAS, the leading provider of business analytics software and services, is looking to reinforce its UAE market presence with the strategic hosting of a seminar on ‘Credit Scoring,’ which will be held on February 22, 2012 at The Address Hotel, Dubai Marina. The exclusive seminar will throw the spotlight on the diverse portfolio of SAS products and solutions while at the same time discuss the latest trends in business analytics across a target audience of industry professionals from the region’s thriving banking and finance segment.

The seminar, entitled ‘Choose the right customers and grow your credit portfolio profitably,’ is being organized in conjunction with SOL Analytics. The seminar will highlight SAS initiatives to help banks with credit scoring by using Enterprise Miner, which combines SAS award-winning data management, analytics and reporting capabilities to provide a powerful in-house credit scoring solution. The solution allows lenders to develop, validate, deploy and track credit scorecards faster, cheaper and more flexibly than any outsourcing alternative. Dwijendra Dwivedi, Senior Analytics Consultant, SAS ME and Klaus Kristensen, Head, Risk Management, SAS ME will talk more about the importance of credit scoring and how it can help strengthen today's banking and financial institutions.
