Abu Dhabi Educational Council (ADEC) to Transform IT Infrastructure—Consolidates IT and Standardizes on EMC Technologies

EMC Corporation today announced the signing of a deal by EMC Middle East with Abu Dhabi Educational Council (ADEC) to transofrm its IT infrastructure by deploying EMC® Symmetrix® VMAX™, one of the world’s most powerful, trusted and smart enterprise storage, with Fully Automated Storage Tiering for Virtual Pools (FAST VP), as well as EMC Data Domain® and EMC NetWorker®. The implementation will enable ADEC to increase business agility and consolidate its back up processes into a single platform, all while reducing backup storage capacity requirements.
