Samsung Names iCARE Authorized Maintenance Center In KSA For Mobile Phones And Tablets

Samsung Electronics, the leading global company in multimedia and technology, signed a partnership agreement with SHASTECH naming its iCARE outlets the authorized maintenance centers for Samsung mobile phones and tablets in KSA.

The agreement aims at providing technical support and service for Samsung mobiles and tablets in KSA, one of its largest and most prominent markets in the region.
In his comment, SHASTECH’s General Manager, Eng.

Mohamed Ali, said: “Being our second contract with Samsung in the last few weeks, this agreement reflects the strong presences of SHASTECH in KSA, as well as its ability to serve the world’s biggest corporations via its iSTORE showrooms and iCARE service centers, in addition to its comprehensive distribution fleet which enjoys high quality logistics.”

“The agreement will help Samsung in offering total technical services for its mobile phone and tablet users. An elite team of Samsung experts will oversee and train iCARE’s staff on Samsung’s methodologies and techniques using the latest technical methods,” he added.
Eng. Ali also highlighted the dimensions of this strategic partnership which comes as part of iCARE and Samsung’s keenness to providing the Saudi community with the necessary technical services, stressing SHASTECH’s constant efforts to establish a solid foundation of trust and confidence with Samsung.

Samsung welcomed the initiative to name iCARE outlets as the authorized maintenance centers for Samsung mobile phones and tablets, stressing the importance of the agreement in boosting Samsung’s share in the local market.

According to Samsung, these centers which adhere to professional work practices that Samsung requires in its authorized service centers will devote all their specialized capabilities and expertise to provide the technical support necessary for Samsung smart mobile phones and tablets. In turn, this is expected to reinforce customer trust in Samsung products and further expand their presence in the local market.
