AWAL Confirms As Technical Sponsor Of ARWADEX 2012

AWAL IT Services, the leading IT services provider, participated in the Water Desalination Conference in Arab Countries (ARWADEX) 2012 as a technical sponsor, being held under the auspices of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The event is organized by the Ministry of Electricity and Water and the General Organization of Sea Water Desalination and runs from April 8 to 11, 2012 at the King Faisal Conference hall, Riyadh Intercontinental Hotel. AWAL aims to contribute significantly during this conference as part of its strategy to focus on supporting such important events.

ARWADEX 2012, which is expected to be attended by more than 600 delegates from the GCC and the Middle East, aims to discuss the latest techniques of desalination in Arab countries. It also aims to serve as a platform to exchange experiences of countries, regional and global entities and organizations in all operational, economic and environmental aspects of water desalination. The event will also feature workshops on the role of solar energy in the environmental and desalination fields.

AWAL is a subsidiary of Saudi Telecom Group, and offers a range of services including consulting, managed IT solutions, building IT infrastructure and data centre services.
