Network Middle East: CommScope Is Cabling Vendor of the Year

Published Jul 1, 2012

CommScope, Inc., a global leader in infrastructure solutions for communications networks, was named Cabling Vendor of the Year by Network Middle East.

The award was presented to CommScope during an event held on June 19 at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai where regional networking authorities and vendors gathered to honor this year’s best networking vendors, professionals and implementations.

“CommScope strives to be a worldwide leader in providing intelligent, innovative infrastructure solutions that add value and reliable performance to our customers’ networking environments,” said Ciaran Forde, vice president of Enterprise Sales, Middle East and Africa region, CommScope. “Winning this award is important for CommScope because it displays our commitment and is proof that we are investing in the region. We want to ensure our customers get the right solution every time. On behalf of CommScope, I would like to thank Network Middle East for this accolade.”

Forde added that CommScope has seen consistent growth in demand for its solutions across different verticals such as healthcare, education, telecommunication operators and finance.

The Network Middle East Award winners were chosen by a handful of select industry experts and vendor-neutral networking professionals from across the Middle East.

This is the second major award presented to CommScope in the Middle East region. The company was named Structured Cabling Vendor of the Year by Network World Middle East in March.
