ESET Launches New Server Products: ESET Mail Security for IBM Lotus Domino and ESET File Security for Microsoft Windows Server Core

ESET, the leader in proactive protection celebrating 25 years of its technology this year, announces the release of its latest server products: ESET Mail Security for IBM Lotus Domino* and ESET File Security for Microsoft Windows Server Core.

The new product ESET Mail Security brings lightweight, yet powerful protection for heavy-duty e-mail servers based on IBM Lotus Domino. Compared to its predecessor, it represents a major upgrade built on ThreatSense®, the industry's most accurate scanning technology for detecting all forms of threats. Delivering thorough protection against all e-mail borne threats, ESET Mail Security for IBM Lotus Domino delivers industry-leading precision to scanning of company e-mail server traffic.

ESET Mail Security for IBM Lotus Domino is known for smooth operation, comes compatible with ESET Remote Administrator, supports Lotus Domino Partitioned, and automatically excludes critical server files from scanning.

Highlights: ESET Mail Security for IBM Lotus Domino
Antivirus and Antispyware - Eliminates all types of threats, including viruses, rootkits, worms and spyware. Protects email gateway at the SMTP and NRPC levels and regularly scans email data stored on Domino Server. The solution integrates all tools for fully-fledged server protection, including the resident shield and on-demand scanner.
Antispam – Effectively stops spam and phishing messages. All key antispam settings can be configured via the intuitive interface.

Logs & Statistics – Keeps the user abreast of security status with detailed and comprehensive logs and statistics, including spam logs and greylisting logs.
ESET also launches the new version of ESET File Security for Microsoft Windows Server Core. The product offers Antivirus and Antispyware, Cross¬-platform Protection, Centralized Management Compatible with ESET Remote Administrator, ESET SysInspector, and ESET SysRescue.

* Domino product is the replacement for the legacy 2.7 version which has received its last AV update on Tuesday, May 29, 2012.
