Epson Launches EB-1900 Range Of Projectors For Middle East’s Corporate And Educational Sector

Epson, number one for projectors worldwide since 2001 , is looking to address the Middle East region’s corporate and educational needs with the launch of the EB-1900 range of projectors. The series has been designed to offer users a combination of high quality output, value added features and affordability.
The EB-1900 range can be easily installed in meeting rooms or used portably from a desktop, making them ideal for use in corporate or educational settings. Utilising Epson’s 3LCD technology, to make sure presentations are projected with clarity, the EB-1900 series provides vivid, natural colours and equally high White and Colour Light Output, delivering bright pictures even in daylight.
All projectors in the range are compact and offer a wide range of features. The EB-1965, EB-1955 and EB-1945W models boast Wi-Fi connectivity and a DisplayPort connector to present high definition video content. Also present in the EB-1965, EB-1955 and EB-1945W models, and new to Epson, is the ‘focus help’ feature. This allows precise focus calibration, using a test pattern, to suit any meeting room set up.
The addition of Epson’s new EasyMP Network Projection app allows users to project photos or documents stored on an iOS device by sending them to their projector via a network.
Khalil El-Dalu, General Manager, Epson Middle East, said, “The Middle East region’s corporate and educational segments are seeing a growing demand for projectors that are lightweight to carry around yet can project high quality images, presentations and videos to a screen. To help address this demand, Epson has released the EB-1900 range of projectors. The screen fit function available on all three models makes it really simple to correct images to a framed screen in seconds. These units also offer real time auto vertical and horizontal keystone correction, which is new to Epson, giving users corrections that can be seen in less than a second.”
Users of the EB-1900 range are expected to see an increase in productivity through its split screen projection feature, which can show different kinds of content simultaneously. The new series also offers a multi-PC feature that allows content from up to four computers to be shown at once, while the new scheduling system allows users to 'program' their projector to auto power on with a pre-selected source. Alternatively, the EB-1900 range can read PDF files directly from a USB stick.
