Info2cell.com CEO Honoured At Mobile Content Awards 2009 In South Korea

Info2cell.com, the leading mobile service application provider in the Middle East, has announced that its CEO and Founder, Bashar Al Dahabra was honoured with the ‘Most Outstanding Contribution’ award at the Mobile Content Conference and Awards 2009, which was held at the COEX Intercontinental Hotel, South Korea recently.
Dahabra was recognised for his visionary contributions in the field of mobile content development and for his continuous efforts in introducing innovative products and services to Info2cell.com’s continuously growing customer base in the Middle East and North African (MENA) region.
The award for ‘Most Outstanding Contribution’ recognises exceptional achievement in the mobile industry, and honours individuals or companies who are considered industry visionaries and pioneers, or whose work has been seminal and fundamental to the growth of the industry.
This year’s awards covered over 100 submissions from 11 countries such as America, Canada, Japan and Jordan.
After a thorough screening process, 19 nominees were selected by a panel of nine judges consisting of mobile professionals from around the world.
The event, which is coorganized by KOCCA (Korea Culture & Contents Agency) and Maeil Business and sponsored by MCST (Ministry Culture, Sports & Tourism, Korea) is held to lead progress in the mobile content industry and facilitate networking through conferences with the aim of exchanging information on mobile content, while honouring outstanding mobile content production in game, music, video, infotainment and community.
