Published Oct 24, 2012

Alfalak Electronic Equipment & Supplies Co., a leading provider of technology-based end-to-end solutions in the Middle East, has been appointed by IXIA, provider of end-to-end solution for pre-deployment and production network monitoring, testing and optimization solutions, as a key distributor in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. The partnership enables Alfalak to further expand its market base with leading innovations for equipment manufacturers, service providers, enterprises, and government agencies. Throughout the world organizations depend on Ixia solutions to validate, monitor, optimize, and harden wired and wireless networks, mobile infrastructures, and physical and virtualized data centers.

Ixia solutions help optimize and harden performance, security, and stability during pre- and post-deployment testing and validation by creating real-world application traffic, security attacks, and user behavior to battle-test network devices and data centers. In production networks Ixia extends its capabilities by providing leading network visibility platforms that provide clarity into physical and virtual production networks for improved performance, security, resiliency, and application delivery of cloud, data center, and service provider networks.

“Alfalak’s strategic alliance with Ixia reaffirms our commitment to provide end-to-end technology solutions for our clients in the region. Moreover, the partnership is in line with our long-term expansion drive, giving us greater leverage to penetrate key niche markets in the Middle East. We are witnessing aggressive investments in advanced communications systems and platforms across the region, a trend that is gaining traction in both the public and private sectors. In this regard, Alfalak is now more strongly positioned to contribute to the sustained growth of this key industry by providing direct access to the latest and most advanced IP networking solutions,” said Ahmed Ashadawi, President and CEO, Alfalak Electronic Equipment & Supplies Co.
