AIMS To Discuss Latest ‘Customer Engagement Technology Solutions’ At 16th Sign & Graphic Imaging Middle East In Dubai

Advanced Interactive Media Solutions (AIMS), the GCC market leader in digital signage solutions, today announced that it will conduct an exclusive seminar on the topic “Customer engagement technology solutions” during its participation at the 16th Annual Sign & Graphic Imaging Middle East, which will run from January 20 to 22, 2013 at Dubai World Trade Centre. Ahmed ElRidi, CEO of AIMS, will conduct the presentation that will highlight the lucrative growth potential of the global digital signage systems market, which is expected to reach a value of USD 13.8 billion by 2017, according to a report by Global Industry Analysts Inc.

AIMS further revealed that it is sponsoring iMap 2.0 way-finding kiosks at the event, displaying the floor map of the exhibition area and all seminar schedules. iMap 2, the latest version of the interactive way-finding and mapping system, serves as a user-friendly, interactive touch-screen platform to search specific locations at the exhibition, allowing visitors to optimise their marketing and networking activities.

Visitors can use the iMap 2.0 way-finding kiosks to search for exhibitors either by name of company, by category, country or booth number. The touch screen will display the route (path) to the chosen exhibitor booth along with the company name and booth number. The way-finding kiosks will be placed at the registration and entrance to the exhibition hall, as well as within the hall area.
