Sony Signs Distribution Deal With Algerian Multimedia Group

Algeria's Hasnaoui Multimedia Group concluded a deal with Sony Gulf FZE to become the official distributor of Sony electronic products in Algeria.
Under the new partnership, Sony will market camcorders, televisions, Blu-Ray units, Playstation 3 and other products at the Sony Centre showroom and other retailers.
The company said the move is part of a development strategy to strengthen its position in the North African market.
