Apple Reveals Most Radical Mac Yet

AppleInc. has unveiled a new and revamped Mac Pro, which senior vice president of worldwide marketing Phil Schiller said was "unlike any we've ever made". Revealed at the company's annual Worldwide Developer Conference, the new bullet-shaped Mac Pro will be 1/8th the volume of the existing metallic Pro tower, the company said. "With the latest Xeon processors, dual FirePro GPUs, ECC memory, PCIe-based flash and Thunderbolt 2, all built around a revolutionary thermal core, the next generation Mac Pro is the most radical Mac yet," Schiller said. It will be available later this year, the company said.
