UAE’s HR Sector Set for New Era of Efficiency

SAP launched a pioneering solution specifically designed to help the UAE cope with the increasingly complex HR challenges posed by rapid, era-defining growth.
Fully localised and compatible with the country’s labour laws and common practices, SAP HR Core Functions for United Arab Emirates rapid-deployment solution, is set to be a game-changer across the region.
The launch is a bold reaffirmation of SAP’s intent to adapt to local market conditions in order to help decision-makers deliver immediate operational enhancements.
SAP HR Core Functions for United Arab Emirates rapid-deployment solution ensures unprecedented speed and accuracy in dealing with issues like overtime calculation, end of service benefits, annual leave entitlement and annual leave tickets. The solution also encompasses employee and employer social insurance contributions for Emiratis and GCC nationals.

The UAE version is timely, following hot on the heels of the Dubai eGovernment Department (DeG) announcing its readiness to transform into a “smart government” in line with the initiative of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and its commitment to the instructions of H.
