Published Sep 12, 2013

Fujitsu announced that it will attend GITEX in Dubai (20 - 24 October 2013) at the Dubai World Trade Center. Exhibiting at stand B3-2, Fujitsu will display a broad range of Fujitsu document scanners, announce new document capture solutions and demonstrate integrated imaging solutions with partners. Under the theme "Essential Imaging", visitors will experience comprehensive imaging solutions from Fujitsu

The internationally renowned trade fair will set the stage for new product announcements for both the Fujitsu ScanSnap and fi Series scanners. Furthermore, customers will be able to see joint live presentations with leading software partners such as ABBYY for optical character recognition, and Emmedi for banking applications. The product range on display will include the latest developments in Fujitsu's globally best-selling ScanSnap line of scanners, fi Series models for workgroup and production scanning, and network scanners.

"The Middle East market is a strong and vibrant market for us", said Mike Nelson, General Manager Sales and Marketing for PFU Imaging Solutions Europe Ltd. "As the market leader in professional document scanners for the region, the Middle East offers tremendous opportunities. Our first direct participation at GITEX will be an excellent platform to display our document scanner offerings to a highly concentrated business target group in Dubai."
