Panasonic presented a host of new display solutions at GITEX 2013, including an interactive video wall combining 4X4 55 inch TH-55LFV50 LCD panels.
These new video displays from Panasonic are an ideal solution for digital signage as well as for the rental and staging market.
These new displays boast the utmost attention to design details and feature narrow bezels that can reproduce Full-HD images indoors, and outdoors, even in direct sunlight.
Panasonic Interactive Displays come from a proven line of reliable LCD displays known for exceptional image quality, energy efficiency, crisp, smooth playback of images, deep, rich blacks, and a wide viewing angle.
The TH-55LFV50 is Ideal for installation in bright places; thanks to its Direct-lit LED Backlight construction with full-screen LED layout which enables Industry's top class of brightness 800 cd/m2. Also, the black reproduction is maintained in dark areas while bright areas are displayed more brightly to achieve a high level of contrast. This product is not a standalone interactive product.
An ultra-narrow bezel design reduces the width of screen-joining borders to only 0.022"(5.3 mm) in wall videos. The borders are hardly visible even in very large-screen configurations, so images are more dynamic and natural.
Whereas the LCD panels with a full 800 cd/m2 of brightness ensure high visibility even in large public spaces. The IPS system also provides a wide viewing angle.
The use of a highly durable panel and electronic components allows continuous 24-hour operation, ideal for installation in public places, surveillance stations, etc. A built-in cooling fan automatically operates (when set to Auto) depending on the temperature. This prevents overheating in the upper screens of a multi-screen installation, which are easily subject to heating.
The Multi-Display function enlarges images up to five times their original size, both vertically and horizontally. It enlarges images by the same zoom ratio in both vertical and horizontal directions, such as 2x2, 3x3, 4x4 and 5x5, or by different ratios in order to effectively use vertically or horizontally elongated spaces. LCD display versatility can be further enhanced by freely selecting the zoom ratio to match the installation space.
In addition to producing crisp, clear images, they also offer highly uniform brightness when used as a video wall.
