Samsung Launches A New Campaign To Offer Free Repairs And Maintenance Services To Customers

Samsung recently launched a unique campaign under which a team of qualified technicians from Samsung's headquarters in Korea will offer free maintenance and repair services for the company's lineup of home appliances and digital solutions.

The campaign was organized in collaboration with Samsung's primary distributers, which include Hikmat Yassin and Sons Co., UPB, Rannan Co., Trans World for Mobiles, operating in Amman, Zarqa, Irbid and Aqaba respectively.

Commenting on the launch of the campaign, Samsung Levant President Sunny Hwang said: "We launched this campaign as part of our commitment to the needs of our consumers, particularly in the arena of post sale service which we at Samsung have always prioritized".


"As Samsung's products feature unique technologies, we thought it prudent to invite a team of specialists from our headquarters to ensure the highest level of service," he added.
