Published Feb 13, 2014

SAP hosted a “design thinking” session for delegates the Government Summit to help drive the creation of new and innovative citizen-centric services.

“Design Thinking is a mindset backed by a suite of tools that gives us a powerful new way to solve problems and unlock potential,” said Qais Gharaibeh, UAE Managing Director, SAP MENA.

“It complements our existing approaches by focusing on understanding the human side of things — what our technology is, and what that technology means to its users.”
