Mark Duffelen Appointed Xerox’s Regional General Manager, Middle East & Africa (MEA)

Published Mar 9, 2014

Xerox, a leader in document management and business processes reengineering, recently announced the appointment of Mark Duffelen as Regional General Manager for Xerox across Middle East and Africa. Mark joins the MEA region most recently from his role of Vice President of Channel Marketing & Value Proposition for Xerox Europe (part of the European Channels Group) and Director & General Manager of the UK & Ireland Channels Group.

Mark joined Xerox in 1986 and held various successful sales and management roles within Xerox’s operations in the UK. In 1991, Duffelen left Xerox to work with a business partner to set up Adetiq - a document process outsourcing company, and Xeretec Office Systems Limited - a Xerox Concessionaire. With Mark as Managing Director, Xeretec grew to become one the largest Xerox Premier Partners in Europe. In 2006, Mark rejoined Xerox as Managing Director for Xerox’s operation in Scotland.

“I am looking forward to working closely with an enthusiastic and dedicated team within the coming months and to continuing to develop opportunities to grow the MEA channel business together in addition to increasing Xerox’s brand presence throughout the region,” said Mark Duffelen.

Before his Xerox career, Mark spent several years working as a teacher. He also had an early career in sport, which included playing rugby union for Leicester Tigers, Wasps and Henley, and coaching London Irish.
