Al-Ahliyya Amman University Boost Education Offering Through SAP University Alliances Program

Al-Ahliyya Amman University has joined SAP’s globally acclaimed University Alliances Program (UAP), it was announced today.
Supporting existing business, engineering and IT programs, the UAP provides hands-on experience of key technology solutions. UAP member schools gain access to the SAP Business Suite family of solutions enabling students to put classroom theory into practice through demonstrations, problem solving exercises, case studies, and research programs.
In particular, students of the E-Business and E-Commerce department at Al-Ahliyya Amman University will gain insight into how technology can empower businesses to optimize key processes such as accounting and controlling, human capital management, project planning, plant and materials management, and sales and distribution.

Together, we can prepare students for the future in a direct and extremely impactful way,” said Dr. Sadeq Hamed, President of AL-Ahliyya Amman University.
SAP’s UAP currently counts over 50 members across the Middle East and Africa (MENA) region, incorporating thousands of students and 230 trained lecturers. As part SAP’s regional growth plans for the region the company plans to significantly increase alliances with the universities within the next three years.
