SAP announced that it has been positioned for the second year in a row in the Leaders quadrant of Gartner, Inc.’s “Magic Quadrant for Talent Management Suites (TMS).”*
The report evaluated global cloud-based human resources software solutions from SuccessFactors, an SAP company, and recognized the company as a leading provider of talent management technology based on its “ability to execute” and “completeness of vision.”
Gartner defines Leaders in the Magic Quadrant as those that demonstrate a market-changing vision of how talent management technology can help human resources leaders achieve business objectives.
“As the Middle East and North Africa hosts a talented and diverse workforce, SuccessFactors solutions have transformed enterprises by introducing a culture of fairness through transparent and structured Human Capital Management,” said Deniz Kilyar, Director of Cloud and Line of Business Applications, SAP MENA.
“SuccessFactors provides Human Capital Management solutions as a service that leverages best practices, so that human resources departments can align goals of employees and performance with those at the highest corporate levels,” added Kilyar. “As a result, among our cloud solutions, SuccessFactors has been one of the fastest-adopted across the region.”
SAP helps organizations increase employee engagement and improve their business performance with market-leading solutions, such as the recently released SuccessFactors Presentations, which offers a completely new and innovative approach to managing top talent.
Coupled with the breadth of capabilities in the SuccessFactors human resources portfolio that span the entire employee life cycle, businesses can now create deeper synergies between talent management functions and all of their human resources processes and analytics.
“We are committed to building and strengthening companies’ capabilities to manage their entire workforce — both contingent and permanent staff — from initial recruiting and on-boarding to ongoing development, performance management, retention and retirement,” said Mike Ettling, Global Head of Cloud and On-Premise Human Resources, SAP.
“We feel our position in the Leaders quadrant is a direct result of our ability to offer global customers a choice of agile, scalable solutions that can drive employee engagement and fulfill organizations’ needs, while still building a comprehensive human resources system blueprint,” added Ettling.
“One of the reasons we chose SAP is because we don’t want to own IT infrastructure since we’re not an IT company,” said David Bowes, chief people officer, WDS, a Xerox Company. “SAP gives us cloud-based HRIS and talent management solutions with a streamlined user experience — and no financial surprises.”
In the coming months, SAP MENA will continue to lead human resources innovation in the region, in support of local talent and entrepreneurs, and boosting the skills of students and job-seekers.
