Sap Solution Helps Middle East Companies Quickly Adapt To Changing Business and Industry Needs

Published Apr 26, 2009
In light of challenging economic conditions, Middle East companies increasingly demand IT solutions that allow for transparency of potential costs, optimization of business operations, and quick adaptation to changes in the regional and global business landscapes.

'Midsize companies have grown significantly in the region. To maintain business momentum these companies need to be agile and able to react quickly to customer demands,' says Sergio Maccotta, Managing Director Sap Middle East and North Africa.

'Sap's Fast-Start program delivers innovative, affordable and predictable solutions to customers that can be implemented with minimal disruption to business.'

To align with the need for quick return on investment, Sap has announced added innovations to its Sap Business All-in-One program by more broadly deploying its innovative 'solution configuration tool' for midsize companies which allows easier configuration, with business solutions previewed upfront, allowing companies to better control their IT investment requirements.

The solution configurator is a key component of Sap Business All-in-One Fast-Start program. This program focuses on putting midsize companies in the manufacturing, services, and trade industries on the fast track to adopt industry-specific business software.

Companies can quickly evaluate their solution needs and automatically make contact with qualified partners with the corresponding industry expertise who will manage the implementation and provide customer support.

Using the online tool, a company can, in three easy steps, input its industry-specific enterprise resource planning (ERP) needs, resulting in a solution blueprint and cost estimate that includes costs for software licenses, implementation services, and hardware components optimized to run Sap Business All-in-One.
