Jacky’s Middle East LLC, the distribution arm of Jacky’s Group of Companies, will showcase a range of interactive Queuing Management, Digital Signage and Visitor Management (VMS) products at Gitex Technology Week 2009 catering to customers from the government and financial sectors.

The VMS products on display will focus on interactive map displays, which help guide customers inside any mall, government office, airport or public buildings. These products operate on 42-inch touch screens that also provide information on various services as well as allow customers to enquire and get answers immediately.

Jacky’s Middle East will also demonstrate the live SMS feature integrated in the Queuing Management products where an SMS ticket and updates are sent to a mobile phone. The company is also launching a new Quality of Service Survey (QoS) product, a comprehensive customer feedback solution at the show, which is adaptable for government departments, health sectors, financial sectors, retail and commercial organisations. This new product has a user friendly software allowing the user to generate numbers of different reports easily, which will aid the management for various type of analysis based on feedback received from customers.

“We have been participating in Gitex for the past fifteen years and this is the time when our dealers and customers from the Middle East, Africa and Pakistan are visiting to see the latest solutions we can offer them. Gitex is also a good opportunity to meet key decision makers and generate quality prospects across the MEA region,” said Ashish Panjabi, Chief Operating Officer, Jacky’s Group of Companies.

“Last year, we have managed to sign many good deals, strengthening our business presence in the region and we hope to attain the same amount of business this year. Gitex as an event has matured significantly and has evolved from simply being a product show to being an exhibition that showcases not only products but services and solutions as well. Some government agencies from across the Emirates as well as other participating countries view Gitex as an important event to participate in,” he added.

Gitex visitors will see live demonstration of a range of Visitor Management Solutions serving the small, medium and high-end customers’ requirements. Other products on display at Jacky’s stand are the latest Interactive Multimedia Display (IMD) – IMD100 and IMD300 products. These new products are great for shopping malls, branded stores and government offices to provide precise product information, process details, visitor’s guidelines and many related purposes.

Meanwhile, the new VIP Customer Management Solution registers incoming VIP customers without issuing any physical token number but which can indicate where and when VIP customers have to be served. Also on show will be a variety of Touch Screen Kiosk which allows users to manage complicated computerised terminals into easy to operate floor standing units.
