Riverbed Named 'Network Management Vendor of the Year' at Network Middle East Innovation Awards 2015

Riverbed Technology, the leader in application performance infrastructure, won the 'Network Management Vendor of the Year' award at the Network Middle East Innovation Awards, held in Dubai on the 27th of May, 2015. This honour recognizes Riverbed's leadership in delivering visibility and control for applications and data across complex enterprise IT networks which span on-premise data centers and the cloud.
According to Network Middle East, “Network Management is an essential category as organizations look to deliver simple, fast and less expensive network services, while also dealing with network convergence and increased complexity.” The judges stated that 'Riverbed was chosen for its ability to provide cutting edge network visibility with a comprehensive range of network management solutions.' They also highlighted the vendor's Alliance program which was unveiled last year.
The Riverbed-Ready Technology Alliance program was launched in November 2014 with 17 charter program members. These Riverbed-Ready partners focus in areas such as security, cloud and virtualization, business applications, network performance management, application performance management, networking, and storage. As noted by the judges, this program 'enables members to integrate their products with Riverbed's own solutions, to deliver a solid value proposition to customers.'
The Riverbed Application Performance Platform™, delivers the performance, visibility and control that hybrid enterprises need. The vendor's network management solutions have enabled numerous regional businesses to conduct thorough analysis of their network, infrastructure and application tiers. This allows them to pin-point bottlenecks in network performance and proactively mitigate issues before users report issues; and has also enabled organizations to fine tune their applications in line with employee and customer behaviour and demands.
