Samsung Galaxy Note5 Shows Early Success, says UAE’s Leading Mobile Reseller

Published Sep 3, 2015

Just 10 days after the release of the Samsung Galaxy Note5, the UAE’s leading mobile reseller, axiom, is reporting that the product is showing an early start to success, with many customers choosing to upgrade from previous versions of the device.

According to initial customer feedback, users particularly enjoy the productivity-enhancing features offered by the smartphone.

“Being a strong leader in the smartphone market, new Samsung products are always very well received by our customers across the region,” said Faisal Al Bannai, CEO of axiom.

“There has been a high rate of Samsung customers using axiom’s renowned trade-in service to upgrade from the Note 4 to the Note5, demonstrating the product line’s popularity in the market.”

The ability to effortlessly take notes on the screen using the S-Pen without waking the device, coupled with the device’s premium design and build, provides users a unique mobile experience, added Al Bannai. And with its crystal-clear 5.7” Quad HD Super AMOLED display, the Samsung Galaxy Note5 offers users the perfect writing space. Although there have been reports about issues faced when the stylus is not inserted properly into the device, customers who follow the instructions in the user manual can avoid such occurrences and enjoy the many benefits offered by the S-Pen.

Despite initial concerns about the slightly smaller battery capacity of the Samsung Galaxy Note5, customer feedback indicates that the battery performance on the latest Note device has outperformed its predecessor by approximately 30 minutes, featuring a leading charge time of 81 minutes.

Customers who purchase their Samsung device from axiom can benefit from exclusive value-added services, including 60-Second Data Transfer, Pick Up for Repair and Delivery, Trade-In Offers, Express Repair, Extended Warranty, and Damage Insurance. For more information on these products and axiom’s value-added services, customers can visit the axiom website.
