OMA Emirates Awarded Best BFSI Solution Provider At GEC Awards 2015

OMA Emirates-Solution Gulf, a provider of cutting edge technology for the payment industry today announced that the company was awarded the Best BFSI Solution Provider at the Global Connect Awards 2015. The awards are bestowed for outstanding performance throughout the Middle East and Africa. The award is recognition of OMA Emirates’ years of experience in developing and integrating robust solutions for the payment industry.

Over the last year OMA Emirates has introduced several key solutions that enhance customer service and payment solution offerings. These include the development of a new POS monitoring application for all types of terminals that covers both contact and contactless applications. This application provides online support within the shortest time to help financial institutions with better ROI on investments. This year the company also introduced mPOS, eVoucher, eRemittance and payment acceptance utility bill payments.

The introduction of a new Market Place solution ‘Bazaar’ increases opportunities for loyalty programs and allows businesses to provide numerous benefits to customers as well as to increase business opportunities. OMA Emirates also launched OMA Managed Services for banks which covers POS services, POS Network Services, ATMs, Remote IT infrastructure and payment solutions. It is a cost effective alternative with benefits for smoother operations and helps banks achieve better customer satisfaction. Lastly the new OMA Retail Suite provides customer data and links the services through any CRM with a mobile friendly application. The Retail Suite which represents an ecosystem of web portals and mobile based Windows, Android application, is fully automated with ERP systems and is highly scalable for future requirements.
