Infoblox to Host Inaugural MEA Partner Summit 2016 in Dubai

Published Apr 10, 2016

Infoblox Inc., the network control company, announced that it will host its inaugural Middle East and Africa (MEA) Partner Summit on April 13-14, 2016 at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah hotel. The MEA Partner Summit is by invitation only and is the company’s way of celebrating its channel partnerships, sharing its success stories and thanking the channel community that has been instrumental in the company’s success across the region. The event will bring together the company’s most important and influential partners from across the Middle East, Pakistan, Turkey and Africa.

Cherif Sleiman, General Manager, Middle East at Infoblox says, “Infoblox has experienced exceptional growth across the MEA region and has endorsements from customers across a wide variety of sectors including banking, government, energy, service providers and education. We owe this success in large part to our partners. As a company we place a lot of emphasis on channel enablement to ensure that we have a very capable channel in every country in the region. As part of this strategy we have decided to host the MEA partner summit where we will spend time discussing industry trends, sharing our technology roadmap, providing insights into our partner programs and explaining the role of Infoblox in today’s digital economy.”

Senior management executives from the company’s headquarters in Santa Clara, California, will be flying in for the event including Daniel West, Vice President, Sales Strategy & Operations who will be making a presentation on channel enablement, training and education; Jonathan Gohstand, Vice President, Product Development who will discuss Infoblox technology roadmaps; Ricardo Moreno, Vice President, Channel who will provide insights into the company’s channel vision & strategy; and Ashish Gupta, Chief Marketing Officer who will share his thoughts on Infoblox's role in the Digital Economy.

“Events like the MEA Partner Summit are a demonstration of our commitment to our channel partners and the region. At the summit we will reinforce messaging around our company’s uniqueness and differentiation that is centred around three areas. The first being the innovative solutions and products that Infoblox introduces. We have an incredible amount of intellectual property that provides exceptional value and features to not only secure and automate networks, but take costs out of it. The second is on coverage. We are not interested in investing at a surface level, but are fully committed and have invested in sales, engineering, marketing, channel, spare parts depots, professional services, etc. So we have a mature business model. And the third area is the breadth of our solutions. We are playing in network control, security, cloud and virtualization, and we operate and integrate openly with an entire ecosystem of vendors that are revolutionizing this industry,” concludes Sleiman.
