A10 Networks, a leading secure application services company, today announced the appointment of Mr. Mohammed Al-Moneer to the position of Regional Director, Middle East and North Africa (MENA). Commenting on the appointment, Mr. Henk Jan Spanjaard, Vice President of EMEA Sales at A10 Networks says, “Mohammed has the right mix of industry knowledge, business acumen and leadership skills to drive continued growth for A10 Networks in the region. Through his leadership, we aim to increase A10’s regional market share by investing in people, education and partner enablement.”

Prior to that he worked as territory sales manager for enterprise servers, storage and networking at Hewlett-Packard.

“I am excited to take up this position at A10 Networks and have the opportunity to drive the brand forward in the region. The company has pioneered a new generation of application networking technologies with a wide choice of virtualized and hybrid appliances as well as an innovative on-demand licensing model that is a very attractive proposition to customers. With A10’s recent launch of the world’s most powerful DDoS protection solution to mitigate colossal cyberattacks, we are helping MENA region service providers and enterprises fight back against the rising DDoS onslaught so they can be proactive, not reactive,” says Mohammed Al-Moneer.
