Civil Construction

The construction arm of Mobiserve was introduced in 2005 as support activity to its telecom services where it showed a new area of improvement and capability enhancement.

To satisfy growing clients' needs, the scope was extended to include the foundations and the complete external and internal finishing of Mobile Switching Centers (MSC) and office buildings in order to provide full turnkey solutions for major construction projects.

>>Some of the Construction Division achievements:

- Building and carrying out external and internal finishing of First Service building in 6th of October City with a total area of 4,970m2.

- Building and carrying out external and internal finishing works for more than 20 MSC switches in Cairo, Alexandria, Sawah, Obour, 6th of October and Tanta.

- The construction of Mobinil’s administration and customer services building in the Smart Village with a total area of 13,700 m2.

- The finishing and electro-mechanical works of the new Coptic Cultural Center of the Orthodox cathedral in Cairo with a total area of 22,500 m2.

- Building and carrying out external and internal finishing of 10 MSCs in Lahor, Pakistan for Mobilink on a total area of 1124 m2, in addition to the construction, finishing and electromechanical work of Mobilink’s administrative building in Lahore.
